Ethylene Propylene Rubber Insulated Lead Wires

Our range of Ethylene Propylene rubber power cable is insulated with EP rubber and sheathed with Neoprene, and provides excellent properties electrically, mechanically and chemically. Some of these properties are:

  • To withstand impact, bending, abrasion, elongation etc., also to facilitate installation due to its flexibility.
  • To have excellent heat-resistance, weather-proof, last longer even while exposed to constant ultraviolet rays for outdoors application.
  • To have excellent oil-resistant and chemical-resistant properties, how-ever this feature is not applicable to sustain high temperature.
  • To sheath with flame-proof Neoprene which contains chlorine molecule, burns in flame but extinguishes while flame is removed.
  • To have wider temperature range for usage (-40ºC~90ºC). Unlike PVC or PE which will be softened in high temperature or hardened in low temperature.

Usage

The cable are used at various applications according to their properties, namely.

  • Low-Voltage, high-Voltage system heat-resistant cable for near heat sources uses.
  • Lead wires for electric motor, transformer, and machinery uses.
  • Flexible welding cable for withstanding high mechanical impact uses.
  • Power cable for weather-proof, ozone-resistant and chemical-resistant uses.
  • High-voltage drop wire and power cables for factory, mine, power generating station uses.

600V~15kV EPRN Power Cable
